The California Civil Rights Division (CRD) released updated resources for the pay data reporting period. It applies to employers with 100+ employees with at least one employee in California, regardless of the requirement to submit an EEO-1 report.
The due date for submitting annual reports is approaching (May 14, 2025). Reports will be due on or before the second Wednesday of May each year.
