Minimum Wage Updates 2-28-25

Two cities in California recently announced changes to the minimum wage:

  • Los Angeles, CA: $17.87 (minimum wage rate), $17.87 (minimum tipped cash wage, no tip credit permitted), effective 7/1/25
  • San Francisco, CA: $19.18 (minimum wage rate), $19.18 (minimum tipped cash wage, no tip credit permitted), effective 7/1/25

Both cities have a new or updated poster requirement.
