Prepare for 2024 Hiring Needs with the Right Tools
Gearing up for a new year often comes with setting goals and looking toward the future. If your business is growing (or you’d like it to be), hiring may play a key role in 2024.
If you ask hiring managers and small business owners what they dislike about hiring and recruiting, a few key aspects of the process will likely come up. For many businesses, the process of finding and bringing on talent is slow, disjointed, and frustrating. But as 2024 kicks off, why not make it easier on yourself and everyone else involved?
Implement an applicant-tracking system that keeps everyone on the same page. Within the payroll platform we offer to clients, recruiting and hiring tools are available. Plus, you can utilize the onboarding functionality when you find your top talent, and they accept your offer.
Talk to your customer service representative or explore our hiring and recruiting solution that will simplify the process for everyone involved.
Registering as an Employer for Remote Workers
Do you have remote workers in other states? You may need to register as an employer in that state. Consult with your legal/accounting advisor and inform your customer service representative.
Important: IRS ERC Voluntary Disclosure
The IRS is sending 20,000 Letter 6577 to inform clients that they were not eligible to claim the ERC and now must repay the IRS. Please review our blog post outlining what this information means and where to find additional details.
