EEO-1 Component 1 Data Collection 2022 Reporting Dates
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released an important update regarding the dates for reporting 2021 data. The 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is now open. The deadline to file the 2021 EEO-1 Component Report is Tuesday, May 17, 2022. We will keep you posted regarding any additional updates or changes to these dates. The EEO will also post updates on their website when they become available.
New CalSavers Employee Threshold
CalSavers updated its employee threshold, requiring employers with five (5) or more employees to participate. If this applies to your business and you do not already have a workplace retirement plan in place for employees to participate in, you must register for CalSavers by June 30, 2022.
